El estr\u00e9s y las preocupaciones del d\u00eda a d\u00eda no nos dejan\u00a0<strong>dormir bien\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0el cansancio se acumula y va repercutiendo en nuestra salud y nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo. Por ello, en el siguiente post traemos una serie de\u00a0<em>tips<\/em>\u00a0para poder\u00a0<strong>combatir el insomnio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Consejos sobre c\u00f3mo evitar el insomnio<\/h2>\n<h3>Higiene del sue\u00f1o<\/h3>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los casos de insomnio desaparece\u00a0o mejora\u00a0manteniendo una buena higiene del sue\u00f1o. La higiene del sue\u00f1o hace referencia a los h\u00e1bitos que se mantienen para dormir.<\/p>\n<p>En general, se trata de llevar a cabo los mismos rituales o conductas, que ayuden a nuestro cuerpo a prepararse para ir a dormir antes de acostarse.<\/p>\n<p>Si nuestro objetivo es evitar el insomnio, debemos tener en cuenta los siguientes aspectos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dormirnos siempre a la misma hora.<\/li>\n<li>Desconectar todos los aparatos que estimulen nuestro cerebro dos o tres horas antes de ir a la cama. Con esto, nos referimos a\u00a0<strong><em>tablet<\/em>, tel\u00e9fono, ordenador, TV, radio.<\/strong>.. cualquier aparato electr\u00f3nico. Aunque cada vez son m\u00e1s necesarios durante el d\u00eda, por la noche dificultan la transici\u00f3n que nuestro cuerpo debe hacer de estado activo a inactivo. Nuestro cerebro necesita tiempo para que, poco a poco, se vaya poniendo en modo descanso;\u00a0y, para ello, necesitamos ayudar\u00a0desconectando todos los dispositivos que\u00a0distraen de dicha tarea.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar la habitaci\u00f3n solo para dormir. Es importante que nuestra mente asocie \u00abhabitaci\u00f3n\u00bb con \u00abdescanso\u00bb. Por ello, no es bueno que utilicemos nuestro cuarto para ultimar algunas cosas que no hemos tenido tiempo de acabar en la oficina. El <strong>dormitorio<\/strong>, como su nombre indica, es para dormir;\u00a0as\u00ed que, si no nos queda m\u00e1s remedio que trabajar en casa, debemos hacerlo en un espacio que no est\u00e9 dise\u00f1ado para\u00a0el descanso.<\/li>\n<li>No ingerir alimentos excitantes, como <strong>caf\u00e9, t\u00e9 o az\u00facares<\/strong>, antes de dormir.<\/li>\n<li>Cenar un par de horas antes de acostarnos. Si nos vamos a la cama inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de haber cenado, nuestro est\u00f3mago estar\u00e1 en plena <strong>digesti\u00f3n<\/strong>, por lo que ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil desconectar, ya que se encuentra en medio de una tarea muy importante. Procura dar\u00a0a tu cuerpo el margen suficiente para que pueda acabar todos sus procesos.<\/li>\n<li>Uso de camas articuladas. Algunas veces, la raz\u00f3n por la que no podemos dormir est\u00e1 relacionada con\u00a0dolencias o dificultades f\u00edsicas. En este caso, las\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ekamia.eu\/es\/16-camas-articuladas-hogar\"><strong>camas articuladas<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0suponen una excelente opci\u00f3n, ya que permiten regular la posici\u00f3n de la cama en funci\u00f3n de nuestras necesidades y ayudan a distribuir la presi\u00f3n uniformemente, lo que favorece\u00a0un mejor descanso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Llevando a cabo estos h\u00e1bitos de manera regular, poco a poco, iremos regulando nuestro sue\u00f1o y conseguiremos dormir mejor.
